Chuck Starnes has an Master of Arts degree from Pepperdine University and over 25 years’ experience in pastoral counseling, working with couples. His marriage coaching has been effective in helping couples reconnect and restore intimacy in their relationship.
He is a member of the Association for Clinical Pastoral Education (ACPE). Recognized by the Department of Education, ACPE is the premier organization that provides the highest quality of Clinical Pastoral Education for spiritual care professionals.
In addition to conducting a Couple’s Weekend Workshop, Chuck also helps organizations get better results through training in Connection-360, his own training and coaching program that helps leaders and coworkers resolve disagreements, increase accountability, improve decision making and inspire greater motivation.
He is a certified Crucial Conversations® Trainer for NCCM Transformation Foundation and provides training in this award-winning course helping affiliated organizations improve their relationships, productivity, and bottom line results.
Chuck has a Mediation Certificate from the University of California Hastings School of the Law. His extensive experience with relationships in conflict contributes to his effectiveness in resolving disputes as a mediator.
He and his wife Sandy have been married for 39 years, have two daughters and two grandchildren, and live in San Jose, California.
